As Red Dragon member you will have access to member-only discussions. You also will have elevated permissions to the groups that you can currently read. In order to take advantage of all this, please join the Red Dragon Members user group on this page:

Join User Groups

Once you join the Red Dragon Members group from this page, an admin will verify that you are indeed a RD member buy talking to you in game, then approve you membership promptly.
